Is digital signing allowed?

In many countries, digital signing is allowed already. We follow closely to complying with requirments set out in Singapore's Electronic Transaction Act 2010 to ensure our signing technology is of the highest standards.

My Client does not want to sign digitally can you system stil be used?

Yes. Propsage allows both signing online as well as signing offline. Simply print out the document or save as as PDF. Print a hard copy of the document to allow your client to sign a physcial form. After they sign the hard copy document, you can make a scan of the signed copy and send it as a supporting document to archive it onlin

How long does your system keep records of everything?

We keep all you records until you delete your document from our server. After you removed or deleted the document, we will no longer have access to it either.

If all of my data is with you, is that safe?

Yes. We ensure that the data kept with us is safe. Do ensure that passwords that you use are also not easliy guessed or related to you to ensure that they do not login using a compromised password.

Do you really need the address and the owner's information

We transfer the information directly into your forms and documents, so your user only need to sign off on it. We really need the details in the transaction in order to be able to fill up the form properly. The owner information in many cases is also used in the Invoices as well.

Will you sell my data?

NO! Propsage's sole business is the technology to help you process these transactions. We do not own an agency or have a divions in agencies. We also do not sell data to anyone so you do not have the worry that data you create here will be resold to any third party
