The Agency calendar lets you share company-level events to everyone.

Need to see and manage your salesperson’s personal calendars? Simple turn on the ‘Manage calendar on behalf’ permission and you’re good to go.

The Calendar module can also natively synchronize with your iPhone or Android device so that you don’t have to use yet another Calendar app.

Announcements and Circulars

Need to send a company-wide announcement or circular? The Announcements Module is a great way to broadcast messages to your entire agency.

Once you send the message, your agents and staff will be shown a popup when they login to the application.

You can even require them to acknowledge that they’ve read the message (great for broadcasting an important circular).

Admins also love using this feature to inform your agents about upcoming events.
